Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Graduate (RIBA Part I) to join the firm. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:
- Collaboratively work within a studio environment in our Data Center Market Sector – to deliver the full life cycle of a project from early concept to project completion
- Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients
- Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings
- Assist with construction administration responsibilities both on site and in the office
- Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
- Coordinate with a variety of consultants
What You Need:
- Professional, RIBA accredited degree in Architecture (Part I)
- Proactive, positive approach to problem solving
- Internship experience is desired
- Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs
- Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
- Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
