About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the rapid growth of our Data Center Operations organization across EMEA. This role will play a critical part in scaling both frontline technical roles (such as Data Center Technicians) and corporate and leadership positions that enable the operational excellence of our sites. You’ll partner closely with regional HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure timely, high‑quality hiring across multiple geographies.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across EMEA, spanning data center operations, facilities, and corporate support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and set clear timelines and expectations.
- Own high‑volume recruiting pipelines for operational roles, ensuring speed, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.
- Drive targeted searches for mid‑ to senior‑level corporate and technical professionals.
- Build diverse talent pools through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with both active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Operations, and business partners to ensure alignment on headcount, offers, and hiring processes.
- Track, report, and communicate recruiting metrics and progress to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EMEA employment regulations and company policies.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including both high‑volume and corporate/technical recruiting.
- Proven success hiring in EMEA markets, ideally within technology, cloud infrastructure, or data center environments.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across diverse job families and locations.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other modern recruitment tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Knowledge of UK and EMEA employment practices and hiring compliance.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Data Center Operations, Engineering, or Facilities roles.
- Prior experience in a scaling tech company or global recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse.
We support independent thinking, practical problem‑solving, and collaboration across disciplines. Compensation will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
