What You’ll Do

You’ll join CoreWeave’s Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term basis, supporting Engineering hiring across EMEA with a particular focus on Monolith, CoreWeave’s Physical AI and industrial optimisation platform. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers across Engineering teams to help identify, engage, and hire technical talent for roles spanning software engineering, data engineering, data science, product engineering, platform, infrastructure, and customer-facing technical delivery. You’ll support teams building products at the intersection of AI, simulation, operational data, and real-world industrial systems.

About the role

This Recruiter will support full-cycle hiring across a range of engineering and technical roles, with a primary focus on hiring in EMEA. Day to day you’ll work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, identify relevant talent pools, and manage candidates through the recruitment process from outreach through to offer. You’ll be operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly, so the ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and maintain momentum across multiple searches will be important. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on sourcing, candidate engagement, hiring manager partnership, and building pipelines for technical roles that may not always have obvious talent pools. The work will involve proactive sourcing, market mapping, screening, interview process management, stakeholder updates, and offer support. You’ll be expected to bring strong recruiting fundamentals, curiosity about technical hiring, and the ability to quickly build context in complex engineering domains.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years recruiting experience, including experience hiring for technical or engineering roles
  • Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets, ideally including the UK and/or broader Europe
  • Comfortable recruiting for software engineering, data engineering, data science, infrastructure, platform, product engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining candidate quality, process discipline, and clear stakeholder communication
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and other direct sourcing methods
  • Confident supporting full-cycle recruitment processes, including intake, calibration, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer support, and closing
  • Comfortable working with hiring managers to clarify requirements and translate technical needs into practical sourcing strategies
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Greenhouse
  • Good understanding of EMEA hiring practices and candidate expectations

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting in AI, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, industrial software, robotics, simulation, or distributed systems environments
  • Exposure to hiring for teams working with Python, data platforms, Kubernetes, large-scale infrastructure, machine learning, or complex production systems
  • Experience supporting hiring in high-growth or scaling technology companies
  • Interest in how AI is being applied to real-world engineering, industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or physical systems challenges

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring varied experiences to our teams, even if they are not a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with this role. If some of this describes you, we’d like to talk.

  • You enjoy building targeted pipelines from scratch
  • You’re curious about complex technical domains and willing to learn enough to source effectively
  • You’re comfortable partnering with technical hiring managers and asking thoughtful calibration questions
  • You can balance speed with quality and keep hiring processes moving
  • You’re organised, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities evolve quickly
  • You enjoy finding and engaging hard-to-reach technical talent
