CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability.
The Physical AI team at CoreWeave is building the compute foundation for the next era of AI, operating the world's leading specialised AI cloud. We focus on one of the highest-conviction bets in the company: architecting and delivering the distributed systems and real‑time infrastructure that underpin simulation‑driven autonomous or embodied AI at hyperscale. Our team operates at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure and applied deep tech—exactly where conventional architectures break down.
As the Principal Architect for Hyperscale Simulation Software, you will have founding‑team‑level influence and hold ultimate responsibility for the commercial success of CoreWeave's product offering in hyperscale simulation, digital twins, and embodied AI training workloads. You will define the overarching product and technical strategy, shaping the roadmap for GPU‑based simulation alongside product, research, and commercial stakeholders. This hands‑on technical leadership role requires you to lead architectural decisions across the full stack—from bare‑metal GPU/CPU topology through orchestration layers to application‑facing APIs (particularly software offerings by NVIDIA). You will directly partner with enterprise customers and strategic accounts to translate platform capabilities into deployed, high‑value solutions that generate substantial revenue and place CoreWeave at the forefront of the industry.
Who You Are:
- Proven track record of founding, leading, or acting as an early architect of deep‑tech platforms that successfully reached commercial deployment (e.g., AI/ML, simulation, digital twins, or defence systems).
- Deep, hands‑on experience building real‑time distributed systems under strict latency, scale, and resilience constraints.
- Strong technical intuition for where legacy architectures break down at scale, with the creativity to invent new approaches rather than simply extending existing ones.
- Demonstrated ability to operate fluidly across system architecture, product strategy, and business development simultaneously.
- Skilled at identifying capability gaps between customer workflows and existing platform features, building strategic cross‑functional alignment to resolve them.
- Experienced in navigating full‑stack architectural design, with a strong understanding of bare‑metal topologies, orchestration layers, and application APIs.
We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk:
- You love to pioneer deep‑tech solutions from initial architectural design through to high‑revenue commercial deployment.
- You're curious about breaking past the limits of conventional cloud infrastructure to support next‑generation embodied AI and digital twins.
- You're an expert in driving both technical excellence and massive business outcomes simultaneously, acting as the bridge between enterprise customers and complex engineering stacks.
At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! We're in an exciting stage of hyper‑growth that you will not want to miss out on. We're not afraid of a little chaos, and we're constantly learning. Our team cares deeply about how we build our product and how we work together, which is represented through our core values:

Come join us!
The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
To fulfill our obligation to protect client data, successful applicants offered employment with CoreWeave will be required to complete a basic criminal record check, conducted in compliance with GDPR. Employment offers are conditional upon receiving satisfactory check results.
