What You'll Do:
The Global Field Marketing Organization drives market penetration, customer engagement, and pipeline generation across key regions in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The team owns regional go-to-market strategy and execution—high-touch account-based marketing, field programs, third-party conferences, executive engagement, and partner-led motions—and works cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Events, Brand, and Demand to drive customer acquisition and expansion across enterprise and AI-native accounts.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of EMEA Field Marketing to own the customer engagement and pipeline-generation strategy and execution across EMEA, and to establish CoreWeave as a recognized and trusted brand in the region.
This role will lead and grow a team of regional marketing managers, and partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing investments and resourcing around the GEO go-to-market strategy supporting customer acquisition and customer expansion across enterprise and AI-natives.
