Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability.

CoreWeave's Monolith team is building the essential cloud platform for AI innovators, applying machine learning to solve previously intractable physics and engineering challenges. We operate at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure and applied data science, transforming how complex industrial products – such as automotive systems, aircraft, and advanced batteries – are conceived, tested, and developed.

As a Staff Product Manager for the Apps layer, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the most critical components of our platform. Apps are the primary touchpoint for our end users, enabling engineers to operate and leverage AI-based workflows through interactive components. In this role, you will drive execution across cross‑functional teams (including Research, Data Science, and Forward Deployed Engineering) to rapidly ship features like agent‑generated apps from natural language and event‑driven automation. You will collaborate deeply with enterprise customers to understand complex engineering workflows, transform field signals into platform improvements, and mentor other product managers across the organisation.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record working on complex, data‑driven products and enterprise systems.
  • High versatility with a proven ability to work across multiple technical domains (e.g., ML modelling, agentic workflows, cloud infrastructure, or data engineering).
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, architecture diagrams, deployment models, and platform trade‑offs with engineers.
  • Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership, skilled at aligning diverse teams, managing technical dependencies, and balancing constraints with business objectives.
  • Deep customer empathy with a curiosity for diagnosing friction points for both external engineering users and internal forward‑deployed teams.
  • Absolute execution focus with a proven ability to build clarity out of ambiguity, maintain high attention to detail, and drive initiatives from concept through delivery.

Preferred

  • Background in engineering, physical research, or applied data science (e.g., hands‑on experience running physical tests, analysing sensor data, or working in a lab environment).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or CoreWeave.
  • Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools, with a passion for being a “builder first” who is comfortable prototyping or shipping code.

Qualities We Value

  • You love to build clarity out of complexity and champion high‑impact technical products from concept to launch.
  • You're curious about emerging AI technologies, agentic workflows, and how they can be applied to transform real‑world industrial challenges.
  • You're an expert in cross‑functional execution, seamlessly connecting the dots between deeply technical engineering teams and commercial priorities.
