- The Senior Recruiter will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Recruiting for technical and operational roles across Supply Chain and IT
- You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure white glove, high touch recruitment for niche, hard to fill and leadership roles
- Recruiting for Operations org, including Supply Chain, IT and various other operations niche, hard to fill and senior level positions
- Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites, ensuring consistent candidate engagement and timely communication
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and workforce planning priorities
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and staffing strategies, including military, early career, and local talent pipelines to support ongoing expansion
- Own the candidate experience—ensuring every interaction reflects CoreWeave’s values and culture
- Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize funnel performance, and communicate recruiting metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to start date
- Support hiring across domestic and international markets (experience with EMEA or Canada a plus)
