What You’ll Do
The CoreWeave Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth. The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.
As Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will support CoreWeave’s international expansion transactions, with a particular focus on deals in both EMEA and APAC. You will focus primarily on structuring and executing transactions for Omni, CoreWeave’s cloud-as-a-service delivery model, while also supporting broader commercial matters across CoreWeave’s infrastructure and SaaS deal pipelines as business needs evolve.
