What You’ll Do
- We’re looking for a People Operations Associate to support our growing EMEA region. In this role, you will execute core employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and compliance initiatives across multiple EMEA countries.
- You’ll partner closely with the EMEA People Ops Team and collaborate cross‑functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and data accuracy.
- This role is execution‑focused with increasing ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to grow your People Operations expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own day‑to‑day execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across EMEA.
- Ensure data accuracy across HRIS and internal systems.
- Partner with Payroll, Legal, and Finance to support compliant employee processes.
- Proactively flag process gaps or potential risks.
Operational Excellence
- Deliver high‑quality, timely support for routine People Ops tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain documentation and continuously improve standard operating procedures.
- Track and report on key People metrics as needed.
- Anticipate next steps in recurring processes (e.g., contract renewals, probation reviews, benefits updates).
- Seek and apply feedback to continuously improve work quality and efficiency.
- Leverage automation tools and AI solutions to improve processes and reduce administrative burden.
Employee Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions.
- Provide clear, thoughtful responses and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Help ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience across EMEA.
Collaboration & Communication
- Build strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners.
- Communicate progress, timelines, and potential blockers proactively.
- Support team‑wide People initiatives and projects as needed.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes).
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred).
- Experience maintaining accurate employee data and supporting payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes independently.
- Experience operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Preferred
- Experience supporting multi‑country EMEA employee populations.
- Experience partnering with Payroll, Legal, or Finance teams.
- Exposure to automation tools or AI‑enabled workflow solutions.
- Experience contributing to process documentation or SOP development.

The base salary range for this role is £47,000 to £62,000. The starting salary will be determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility). Our Workplace
- We prioritize a hybrid work environment, but remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
