What You'll Do: At Weights & Biases by CoreWeave, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. An Enterprise Account Executive is a quota-carrying position responsible for meeting and exceeding goals through generating and closing new opportunities while increasing awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace.

About the role: You will drive new business and account expansion into the UK and Benelux Enterprise territory by developing and implementing sales strategies aligned to regional and industry needs. You will focus on pipeline generation within defined target accounts while collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate discovery. On a daily basis, you will manage opportunities through the full sales cycle and report on activities and progress through CRM tools. You are expected to meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for your territory.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience.
  • Track record of success in closing business.
  • Competence leveraging value selling frameworks such as Command of the Message and forecasting methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to AI/ML leaders and builders.

The base salary range for this role is £105,000 to £130,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. This role has a 50/50 on-target earnings (OTE) structure, with total compensation split evenly between base salary and variable commission. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace: While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
