The EMEA Field Engineering organization is the technical engine of CoreWeave’s regional go-to-market. It brings together account-aligned technical teams and deep specialists to help customers design, validate, deploy, and scale production workloads on CoreWeave’s AI Cloud platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and execute the EMEA Field Product & Engineering strategy, operating model, and priorities in partnership with the VP and Managing Director of EMEA, Global VP of Field Engineering and SVP of Product.
  • Act as the senior field technology voice for EMEA, shaping go-to-market priorities, customer engagement models, technical positioning, and regional investment decisions.
  • Lead the account-aligned technical organization with direct accountability for organization design, performance, coaching, succession, hiring, retention, and leadership development across EMEA.
  • Provide matrix leadership to specialist technical teams, aligning priorities, coverage, engagement standards, and accountability while partnering effectively with their global functional leaders.
  • Build a measurable technical mastery system—including skills assessments, learning plans, communities of practice, playbooks, reference architectures, and proof frameworks that keeps teams current across AI infrastructure, compute, Kubernetes, networking, storage, security, observability, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Create repeatable engagement mechanisms that move customers from discovery and architecture through validation, onboarding, production readiness, adoption, optimization, and expansion on CoreWeave’s AI Cloud platform.
  • Serve as executive technical sponsor and escalation leader for strategic customers, advising C-suite and senior technical stakeholders and mobilizing field, specialist, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations resources around successful outcomes.
  • Partner with EMEA sales leadership on account strategy, technical qualification, executive alignment, and resource allocation, sharing accountability for technical win rate, qualified pipeline, deal velocity, time to production, workload adoption, and expansion.
  • Establish a rigorous regional operating cadence covering goals, metrics, forecasting, capacity and coverage planning, business reviews, and annual planning so performance and investment choices are visible and evidence based.
  • Create a structured feedback loop from EMEA customers and field teams into Product and Engineering, translating recurring requirements, adoption blockers, competitive signals, and market dynamics into clear roadmap input.
  • Represent CoreWeave’s technology vision through executive briefings, customer forums, conferences, and thought leadership, while bringing relevant market insight back into the business.
  • Represent EMEA in global Field Engineering leadership, scale regional best practices across the company, and create an inclusive, high-performance environment in which teams are motivated and enabled to help customers adopt CoreWeave.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of experience in technical design, implementation, consulting, pre-sales, solutions architecture, or another customer-facing technical discipline within cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, enterprise software, or adjacent markets.
  • 10+ years of technical leadership experience, including 7+ years leading managers, senior individual contributors, or multi-country Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical organizations.
  • A record of leading distributed technical organizations through rapid growth, transformation, changing market conditions, and complex organizational dependencies.
  • Strong technical credibility in cloud-native and distributed-systems architecture, with depth across several of the following domains: accelerated compute, Kubernetes, networking, storage, security, observability, data platforms, or AI/ML workload architecture.
  • Demonstrated success guiding complex enterprise customers from strategy and solution design through validation, production deployment, operationalization, measurable adoption, and expansion.
  • Experience advising C-suite and senior technical stakeholders and translating complex architecture into business value, investment choices, delivery risk, and operating decisions.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and connecting technical strategy to qualified pipeline, technical wins, deal progression, customer adoption, and expansion.
  • A record of hiring, developing, and retaining technical leaders, together with building measurable enablement, accreditation, or continuous-learning programs that close capability gaps.
  • Experience operating a metrics-based field organization, including goals, forecasting, capacity and coverage planning, resource prioritization, business reviews, and performance inspection.
  • Demonstrated ability to align Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, partners, specialist teams, and global leaders without relying solely on positional authority.
  • Experience operating across EMEA markets, with the ability to travel regionally and internationally as required to support customers, teams, and company priorities.

Preferred

  • Leadership experience in a high-growth AI cloud, hyperscale cloud, data-center infrastructure, enterprise platform, or developer-platform business.
  • Deep familiarity with GPU-accelerated computing, large-scale AI training or inference, high-performance computing, and the operational requirements of distributed AI workloads.
  • Experience navigating EMEA-specific customer requirements, including data sovereignty, security, regulation, procurement, and cross-border operating considerations.
  • Experience establishing specialist communities of practice or centers of excellence, influencing product roadmaps, and representing a company through external technical thought leadership.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; postgraduate technical or business study is valued.
