What You'll Do
- Lead and manage commercial realâestate transactions, including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing data center lease agreements.
- Provide guidance and counsel on the acquisition, development, and financing of data center properties.
- Offer ongoing support for data center operations, handling contractual matters, infrastructure, and power agreements.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to run realâestate due diligence and closings.
- Provide legal guidance on a wide range of commercial transactions in the ordinary course of operations.
About The Role
As the third member of our growing UK legal team, you will support our European expansion and report to a USâbased Senior Director & Lead Managing Counsel of Real Estate.
Who You Are
- A qualified solicitor in England with 5+ years' postâqualification experience, gained through a topâtier law firm and inâhouse experience at a highâgrowth technology or real estate company.
- Strong foundation in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating realâestate documents, and managing closing processes.
- Highly organized, collaborative, with strong stakeholder management and problemâsolving skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient in Gmail, Microsoft Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with realâestate and/or datacenter law in EU member states and supporting mobilityârelated work across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Dualâqualification from a European jurisdiction (e.g., Spain, Norway, or Sweden).
