The Sustainability team at CoreWeave is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s environmental management, sustainability strategy, and reporting practices across global operations. The team partners closely with data centre operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and leadership to ensure environmental performance, compliance, and transparency are embedded into how the business scales.
As a Senior Associate, Sustainability, your day‑to‑day work will focus on maintaining and improving CoreWeave’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory, with a particular emphasis on Scope 3 value chain emissions. You will support voluntary and statutory sustainability reporting, contribute to ISO 14001 alignment and Environmental Management System (EMS) activities, and assist with environmental and climate risk assessments across the data centre lifecycle. This role works closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and clear sustainability insights.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated experience conducting GHG accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, using recognised frameworks such as the GHG Protocol.
- Experience supporting sustainability or environmental reporting aligned with regional requirements (e.g., UK SECR, ESRS/CSRD) or comparable frameworks.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 principles and requirements, with experience working within or supporting an Environmental Management System.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, validate, and interpret large and varied environmental datasets.
- Proven experience preparing clear, accurate, and audit‑ready sustainability disclosures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred
- Experience in data centre, technology infrastructure, or industrial sectors with complex value chains.
- Working knowledge of climate risk and disclosure frameworks such as TCFD.
- Experience using carbon accounting platforms (e.g., Workiva) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

What We Offer
The base salary range for this role is £71,000‑£95,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialised skill sets.
