What You’ll Do
- CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Regional Director, Revenue Operations — EMEA to serve as the operational leader of our revenue engine across the EMEA region.
- Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations and serving as the strategic operational partner to the VP & Managing Director, EMEA, you will both help shape CoreWeave’s global revenue operations operating model and drive its performance in EMEA.
Who You Are
- 15+ years in field/revenue/sales operations, with experience as a regional business partner to senior field leadership.
- Proven success operating across EMEA markets, managing complexity across multiple geographies, currencies, and time zones.

The base salary range for this role is £111,000 to £148,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
