  • Strong grounding in at least commercial, employment, and corporate law gained from working in-house at scaling tech companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a broad workload across multiple legal areas and jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with colleagues around the world.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound commercial judgment, able to balance legal risk mitigation with key business objectives and tasks.

Preferred

  • Demonstrable experience with employment law in EU member states and supporting mobility-related work across EMEA and/or APAC is a strong plus.
  • Dual-qualification from a European jurisdiction (such as Spain, Norway, or Sweden) is desirable, but not essential.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match.
