What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive policy strategy regarding energy procurement and climate regulations.
- Engage with policymakers, utility regulators, and grid operators to advocate for infrastructure needs.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that impact data center energy consumption and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our infrastructure expansion plans meet environmental compliance standards.
- Represent CoreWeave in industry coalitions and public forums focused on energy policy and AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in energy policy, climate advocacy, or government relations within the technology or utility sector.
- Deep understanding of the energy grid, power generation, and climate-related regulatory environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure requirements into clear policy positions.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with government officials and external stakeholders.
