The Physical AI Field Engineering team at CoreWeave is responsible for deploying AI solutions within enterprise engineering organizations and ensuring customers realize measurable value from machine learning applications. The team works across engineering disciplines to turn complex test and simulation datasets into actionable insights, helping customers improve engineering decisions and accelerate product development.

Lead Customer Success Engineers serve as technical delivery leaders, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring that customer engagements deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes. By combining technical expertise with project leadership, they play a central role in translating complex technical execution into clear customer value.

Responsibilities

CoreWeave is seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer to lead the delivery of AI solutions for strategic customer engagements. In this role, you will design and oversee end-to-end technical delivery, translating complex customer objectives into structured workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes. You will coordinate execution across product, engineering, and data science teams while acting as the primary technical point of accountability for customer delivery. Your work will ensure that complex AI deployments are delivered reliably, on time, and with clear value to customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience leading complex technical projects or delivery programs involving enterprise engineering customers.
  • Experience designing technical solutions that integrate multiple technologies, tools, or analytical approaches.
  • Experience translating customer objectives into structured technical workstreams, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Experience managing delivery risks, technical dependencies, and scope decisions across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience communicating technical progress and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong engineering, scientific, or technical background with the ability to engage deeply with technical problems when required.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics within engineering environments.
  • Experience working with engineering test or simulation data.
  • Experience working in high-growth technology or startup environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent technical delivery projects.

Salary

The base salary range for this role is £95,000 to £120,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
