We are seeking an experienced and highly structured Senior Program Manager to govern and enable CoreWeave's full lifecycle data center design and deployment processes. This role does not execute technical engineering work directly. Instead, you will build and manage the workflows, stage gates, handover kits, documentation, and operating cadence that ensure deep-dive engineering teams operate efficiently and consistently at scale.
You will partner with design, construction, site selection, operations, and R&D groups to keep owners, actions, decisions, and risks on track, ensuring downstream teams receive complete, high-quality information. In parallel, you will help identify, prototype, and productionise new technologies that streamline processes.
