About the Role
As a Senior Sales Development Manager at Core Weave, you’ll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads.
You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and driving the strategy of the SDR team while scaling our outreach efforts.
You will foster and build a positive, high-performing team and culture anchored around productivity and development.

Expect to work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and senior leadership to align our prospecting efforts with company goals.
What You Will Do
- Leadership
- Lead confidently across both execution and people management, using sales development expertise to coach reps and grow team performance.
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching sessions focused on time management, objection handling, prospecting strategies, and active listening skills.
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with a comprehensive training program, including Core Weave’s product knowledge, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and prospecting tools.
- Refine team processes to accelerate scale, quality, and speed. Develop and maintain a library of prospecting resources for the SDR team.
- Bring in outside insights, build a learning culture, and develop career paths and leadership opportunities for team members.
- Ownership & Operations
- Lead and deliver on daily operations including SDR performance, tracking and analyzing metrics, and leveraging trends and historical data to influence the broader business.
- Ensure the team’s work aligns with broader sales and go-to-market objectives.
- Build systems that help reps set, track, and refine outcome-driven goals across pipeline, meetings, and quota.
- Cross-Collaboration
- Execute cross-team relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and revenue leadership on pipeline generation strategies to achieve company targets.
- Represent the SDR team in cross-functional planning and advocate for key resources such as headcount, tooling, and budget.
- Facilitate alignment across teams when priorities or dependencies arise, and foster a culture of peer support, cross-training, and recognition.
- Create systems to monitor goals, surface blockers, and keep initiatives on track.
- What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in Cloud or Saa S).
- At least 4 years in a leadership role managing B2B sales or SDR teams.
- A track record of coaching and developing individual contributors to consistently grow team performance.
- Proven success in scaling and developing high-performing sales teams.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in an outbound environment.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with demonstrated excellence in communication and presentations.
- A growth-oriented mindset and a positive attitude that fosters motivation and team success.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with email and call automation platforms.
- Passion for recruiting and thoughtful team planning and development.
- Experience working cross-functionally to create effective top-of-funnel activities and drive pipeline growth.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous process improvements.
- Recognized for a strong work ethic, commitment to service leadership, and dedication to team success.
- Preferred
- Technical expertise in Cloud, GPUs/CPUs, HCP, and Saa S platforms
- Experience building a team and managing a book of business across multiple geographies
- Experience building repeatable operating rhythms in fast-growth environments.
- Experience balancing customer growth, talent development, and internal operating cadences at the same time.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
