The Customer Experience (CX) Organisation at CoreWeave is dedicated to ensuring every client running AI workloads at scale has a seamless, reliable, and high-performance experience. Supporting the infrastructure that powers the AI revolution across data centres, hardware systems, and customer workloads, the CX organisation aligns closely with internal and customer engineering teams to offer valuable field insights and contribute directly to the CoreWeave product roadmap and development.
As Manager of Technical Solutions Management (TSM), you will oversee the TSM function responsible for managing technical relationships with CoreWeave’s most strategic clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Cloud Platform Support, you will build, lead, and recruit top technical talent to serve as primary client advocates. In this global leadership role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to translate complex AI workload requirements into execution plans, define program KPIs, streamline operational workflows, and drive long-running technical programs from concept to successful delivery.
Who You Are
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, solutions architecture, technical support, or technical program/product delivery management.
- 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role within a high-growth environment.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML applications, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Proven track record of directing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, long-running technical programs with executive visibility.
- Advanced stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills to engage effectively with C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
- Ability to travel up to 30% annually for client engagements, team collaboration, and industry events.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Direct experience leading technical account management or solutions management functions within a cloud service provider or hyperscaler environment.
- Demonstrated success scaling technical delivery teams during periods of hyper-growth.
