We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People Operations to lead and scale our HR operational excellence across multiple countries. This hands-on role will oversee regional HR systems, compliance and operations, ensuring our People programs are aligned with global strategy while tailored to local needs. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, senior leadership, and finance to build efficient, compliant, and people-centric processes that drive engagement and performance.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in people operations with at least 3 years in a global capacity
- High proficiency with HRIS platforms (HiBob, ADP, Deel or similar) including system implementation, configuration and optimization
- Strong technical skills, adept with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, familiar with project management tools
- Analytical skills with ability to build reports, dashboards, and use data to drive decision-making
- Experience supporting a distributed or hybrid workforce
- Background in both strategic and hands-on HR operations roles
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with a bias towards action
- Demonstrated experience with multi-country operations; knowledge of multiple employment models, benefit regulations, tax implications, data privacy (GDPR) and cultural considerations
- Strong foundation in pay equity analysis and ability to articulate compensation philosophy to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excel at building scalable processes that work across diverse environments
Job Responsibilities:
- People Operations Systems & Reporting: Manage HRIS and related technology platforms including data accuracy and systems integration. Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across the People team. Evaluate technology solutions, manage implementations, and optimize system integrations. Maintain data integrity and security standards for all People systems. Establish metrics and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into workforce trends, compensation equity, turnover patterns, and operational efficiency. Oversee the annual performance management process including process from a systems standpoint. Manage communications regarding operational, policy changes and new initiatives.
- People Operations Strategy: Assist the VP, HR & Talent team and regional business leaders to ensure operational People strategies align with business goals. Collaborate with local and global teams (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.) on People Operations. Design and implement scalable People operations strategies globally.
- Benefits & Wellness: Oversee benefits strategy and vendor management across all US, EMEA & APAC. Manage renewals, plan design changes, and cost optimization. Lead open enrollment and benefits communications. Evaluate and implement new benefits and wellness programs. Experience negotiating with carriers and evaluating plan designs that balance cost and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with benefits regulations. Manage monthly enrollments & billing.
- HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance worldwide with labor laws, employment standards, and regulatory requirements across US, EMEA and APAC jurisdictions. Manage any statutory posting, time tracking, etc. Manage EOR relationships and vendor oversight. Manage annual review of handbook, employment agreements, policies, SOPs.
- Total Rewards & Compensation: Design and maintain global compensation framework and salary bands. Assist with annual compensation review cycles and bonus programs. Conduct market analyses and pay equity audits.
