Our unified, cloud-native platform delivers powerful automation, rapid value, and end-to-end visibility across the entire M365 ecosystem. Backed by world-class support and a collaborative, innovative culture, CoreView is a place where your ideas matter, and your work truly impacts global enterprises.

CoreView is hiring a Director of Product Operations to be the operating backbone of the Product organization, the connective tissue between Product and the rest of the company. This role owns the processes, tools, and communication systems that allow Product to scale: how Product Managers work day to day, how the roadmap is governed, how product information flows out to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Enablement, and how field, customer, and commercial signals flow back into Product. It is a high impact, senior operational design role for someone who builds the systems that let other people do their best work.

Reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the Director of Product Operations will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Learning and Enablement, Support, and GTM leadership to make Product a faster, clearer, and more predictable engine. This is not a Product Management role, and it is not a training role; Learning and Enablement remains a separate function with its own leader.

Core Pillars of the Role
  • Processes: Define and embed the operating rhythms of Product: roadmap governance, prioritization frameworks, discovery and delivery rituals, lifecycle gates, release readiness, PRD and decision documentation standards. Bring consistency to how Product Managers operate across squads without overengineering.
  • Tools: Own the Product tech stack end to end: roadmap and planning tooling, customer and field feedback aggregation, product analytics governance, internal documentation systems, and the integrations that connect them. Ensure tools serve the operating model rather than dictate it.
  • Communications: Run the two-way information highway between Product and the rest of the company. Outbound: roadmap updates, release communications, product positioning briefs for the field, executive and Board ready Product narratives. Inbound: structured channels for commercial insight, customer feedback, support escalations, and CS signal to reach Product Managers in a usable form.
Job Requirements
  • Significant experience in Product Operations, Product Management Operations, or a similar senior operational role in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of building or transforming the function.
  • Proven experience designing and embedding process, systems, tools, and operating models inside a Product organization at scale.
  • Deep understanding of how Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Enablement work together, and experience improving information flow across all of them, not just Product to Sales.
  • Strong command of the Product tooling landscape (roadmap, feedback, analytics, documentation) and the judgment to choose, integrate, and retire tools as the organization evolves.
  • Ability to bring structure, discipline, and clarity to evolving environments without overcomplicating processes; a bias for the lightest framework that works.
  • Confident communicator able to simplify complexity, write crisply, and influence stakeholders at every level, including the C suite and Board.
  • Pragmatic, hands on, and execution focused, with the ability to turn ideas into scalable ways of working and ship operational change in weeks, not quarters.
  • Comfortable supporting the Product organization in the operationalization of AI driven products, including the metrics, feedback loops, and governance specific to AI features.
  • Experience working in scaling or transforming SaaS businesses, ideally with internationally distributed teams across EMEA and the US.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, SaaS operations, or broader B2B enterprise software environments would be beneficial.
  • EMEA based, with Italy or the UK preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  • Build and own the Product Operations framework end to end: processes, tools, and communications.
  • Design and continuously improve the operating rhythms that support Product execution, from quarterly planning to weekly squad cadence.
  • Define and embed standards for how Product Managers work: PRD templates, prioritization, discovery, decision logs, lifecycle gates, and release readiness.
  • Own the Product tech stack and ensure tools, data, and documentation form a coherent system rather than a collection of disconnected platforms.
  • Establish and run the outbound communication engine from Product to the rest of the company: roadmap communication, release notes, internal product briefings, and field ready positioning artifacts.
  • Design and run the inbound feedback engine: structured channels for commercial insight, customer feedback, support escalations, and CS signal to reach Product in a prioritizable form.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on the orchestration of launches and field readiness, ensuring Product, PMM, and Enablement are tightly aligned on cadence and content.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support leadership to close the loop between commercial reality and Product decisions.
  • Support the operationalization of AI driven product capabilities, including telemetry, adoption measurement, and feedback loops back into Product.
  • Define operational KPIs for the Product function and report on them regularly to the CPTO and executive team.
  • Identify gaps, friction points, and inefficiencies across the Product organization, and lead the change management required to resolve them.
  • Help ensure the Product function is set up to scale effectively with the right structure, process, visibility, and governance.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
  • A documented and adopted Product Operations framework covering processes, tools, and communications.
  • Measurable improvement in roadmap clarity, decision velocity, and PM consistency across squads.
  • A trusted, repeatable communication cadence between Product and the field, with the field reporting that they know what is shipping, why, and when.
  • A working inbound feedback loop that Product Managers actually use to inform prioritization.
  • A rationalized Product tech stack and a clear data and documentation backbone.
Our Values
  • Collaboration: sharing knowledge, resources, and support to drive success.
  • Respect: valuing every voice to build a stronger team.
  • Empathy: understanding each other to foster a supportive workplace.
