CoreView is seeking a Director, Channel Sales – EMEA to lead and scale its regional channel strategy across Europe, working closely with the VP Sales, EMEA to drive partner‑led growth. The Director will own the execution and evolution of CoreView’s partner strategy across Northern, Southern, and Central Europe. This role will be responsible for managing and developing CoreView’s EMEA channel motion through a team of direct reports based in the UK, France, and Germany, while also building strong relationships with key partners across the region.
The Director, Channel Sales will play a critical role in expanding CoreView’s partner ecosystem, increasing partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue, and strengthening go‑to‑market execution with GSI, System Integrators, resellers, distributors, and strategic partners. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a strong mix of strategic thinking, commercial focus, team leadership, and hands‑on channel execution. This individual should bring deep experience in channel sales within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally in industries related to cybersecurity.
Job Requirements- Significant experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales leadership within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity.
- Proven success leading channel or partner teams across multiple EMEA markets.
- Experience working with resellers, distributors, service providers, and strategic alliance partners.
- Strong track record of driving partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience building and executing partner business plans, joint go‑to‑market strategies, and regional growth plans.
- Ability to lead a distributed team across multiple countries and create strong operating cadence and accountability.
- Strong commercial and operational discipline, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with direct sales, marketing, pre‑sales, customer success, and operations.

- Lead, coach, and develop channel sales team members located in UK, France, and Germany.
- Build and expand CoreView’s ecosystem of resellers, distributors, and strategic partners across EMEA.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners in priority markets.
- Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and revenue growth.
- Create and manage strategic partner business plans to improve market coverage and commercial performance.
- Develop strong executive relationships with key partners and act as a senior point of contact where needed.
- Improve consistency and execution across partner planning, pipeline reviews, QBRs, enablement, and joint go‑to‑market activity.
- Work closely with sales teams to strengthen co‑sell execution and improve partner engagement in active opportunities.
- Partner with marketing on regional partner campaigns, events, demand generation, and enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure effective partner support and execution.
- Monitor partner performance and make data‑driven decisions around investment, prioritisation, and growth opportunities.
- Own channel forecasting and provide regular reporting on partner pipeline, contribution, performance, and risk areas.
- Help build scalable processes and frameworks for partner management, territory planning, and regional channel performance.
