Role summary
Join a fast-growing seed-stage company building agent-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises.
This role sits between engineering, customer success, solutions architecture, and commercial ownership.
You'll take responsibility for enterprise customers from implementation through adoption and ongoing success, while remaining technical enough to solve problems directly when required.
This is not a traditional software engineering role and it is not a traditional account management role.
The strongest candidates will be comfortable speaking with senior customer stakeholders one moment and using AI-assisted development tools to ship a customer-facing fix the next.

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own enterprise customer outcomes end-to-end for a fast-growing seed-stage company building agent-native risk infrastructure for regulated enterprises.
You'll work directly with security, risk, and compliance leaders, helping customers adopt the platform, configure workflows, navigate implementation challenges, and solve real operational problems.
This is a hybrid commercial and technical role.
You'll combine account ownership, customer success, solution architecture, and hands-on product work, including using AI-assisted development tools to ship fixes and small features when needed.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer relationships and outcomes end-to-end
- Act as the primary technical and commercial counterpart for customers
- Work directly with CSOs, security leaders, and compliance teams
- Drive onboarding, platform adoption, and customer success
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Configure workflows around risk, security, and compliance use cases
- Navigate procurement, security reviews, and enterprise implementation processes
- Coordinate internal teams to resolve high-priority customer issues
- Ship UI fixes, integrations, or small product features when required
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate customer-specific solutions
- Manage complex projects where you are the single point of accountability
- Identify product improvements based on recurring customer needs
