Key Responsibilities
- Own the full new-business sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Generate new business through outbound activity, networking, referrals and relationship building.
- Develop trusted relationships with hospitality operators, founders, CEOs and CFOs.
- Represent the business at industry events and increase its visibility across the sector.
- Work closely with accountants and client service teams to deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Help develop the sales approach, messaging and UK sales playbook.
You will have the opportunity to build a valuable network across the hospitality industry, developing relationships based on trust and credibility.
Experienced hospitality finance specialists with established relationships across well-known restaurant and hospitality brands will support you.
As the sales function grows, there will be scope to develop as a leading individual contributor or progress into a future sales leadership role.
- Proven experience building relationships with restaurants, bars, hotels or hospitality groups' business owners and decision-makers.
- Success in new-business B2B sales, generating opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals and relationship building, ideally within restaurant and hospitality businesses.
- Experience owning and managing full sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Evidence of building trusted relationships with founders, hospitality operators, CEOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
- Experience contributing to a developing sales function, including improving sales messaging, representing a business at industry events or helping establish scalable sales processes.
