Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hands-on technology lead and IT operations for a UK-based professional team of 20+
• Consult globally with small to mid-sized accountancy firms on emerging tech trends.
• Implement and optimize digital platforms and workflows.
• Promote tech adoption and co-create innovation strategies with partner firms.

Essential Experience

• Strong background in accountancy-focused technology.
• Proven success in modernising accounting practices through digital tools.
• International experience in tech implementation within financial services.
• Expertise in AI, cloud, data analytics, and automation in accounting.
• Skilled communicator, confident in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary & Benefits

• £90,000–£100,000 base salary + benefits.
• Hybrid working: One day per month in the London office.
• ✈️ Global client base with occasional international travel.
• Clear path to CTO within 12–18 months. As CTO: lead innovation, shape product strategy, and collaborate with C-suite executives.
