We are working with a European manufacturing group seeking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK construction market. You will sell prefabricated bathroom solutions to construction projects at the design stage, building relationships with architects, designers, and developers, and converting relationships into high-value project sales.
Responsibilities:
- Secure sales of prefabricated bathroom solutions within construction projects
- Build relationships with architects, designers, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Identify and develop repeat-build customers and long-term project pipelines
- Manage opportunities from early design stage through to contract award and delivery
- Work closely with internal technical and project teams to convert specifications into orders
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience selling at the design and specification level within construction.
- Sold into the construction sector at the specification stage
- Relationships with architects, designers, developers, or main contractors
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage longer sales cycles
- Self-sufficient and comfortable operating in a standalone UK role
Highly desirable:
- Experience in modular, offsite, or prefabricated construction
- Exposure to bathroom pods, MEP systems, or similar building solutions
- Conversational French language skills
