Are you an experienced accountant in restaurants and/or hospitality? Join a leading accountancy practice specialising in hospitality clients — Michelin-starred establishments, well-known restaurant groups and boutique hotels.
You will be the key link between hospitality clients and our outsourced accounting team in India, ensuring high-quality financial delivery and trusted advisory support.
Location: East Croydon office, Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office.
Career Progression & Training
- Own a hotel & restaurants client portfolio: Develop client-facing experience working with well-known hospitality businesses, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
- Be the main point of contact for hospitality clients, ensuring smooth delivery of outsourced accounting services.
- Ensure financial processes, reporting and analysis align with each client’s business objectives.
- Use Business Central to manage core finance workflows, ensure accuracy and improve reporting quality.
- Coordinate between UK clients and the offshore accounting team in India.
Qualifications:
- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant with experience finalising accounts for hospitality businesses, and a passion for hospitality finance.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and relationship-building ability.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience.
- Experience working with an offshore outsourced accountancy team — India preferred.
