We're recruiting a Production Operator (timber) on behalf of a well-established timber manufacturing business in Enstone. You'll join a skilled, supportive production team, fabricating timber roof trusses to specification in a well-organised manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:

  • Fabricate and assemble timber roof trusses to specification
  • Operate production machinery and hand tools safely
  • Read and follow production drawings
  • Carry out quality checks on finished products
  • Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe
  • Support general manufacturing duties as required

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, woodworking or a similar production environment is an advantage, though not essential
  • Good practical skills and a strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A solid commitment to health and safety

What's on offer:

  • Β£12.71 per hour
  • Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm, Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm (39.5 hours a week)
  • Immediate start available
  • Full training provided
