Warehouse Operative in Newark

Were looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy, fast-paced site on a 6am to 2pm shift. Full training is given, so no previous warehouse experience is necessary. About the role and employer: Were recruiting on behalf of an established warehouse and logistics operation. The site handles a high volume of daily goods movement, so its a hands-on, active role suited to someone who likes to stay busy and get stuck in. Youll be joining a friendly, supportive team who will show you the ropes from day one, with clear processes in place so you always know whats expected of you. What youll do: GI (goods-in) and sand task duties Container handling, including loading and moving stock Box building and packing Aisle cleaning and general site tidiness Supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day duties as directed Following all site health and safety procedures What youll bring: Reliability and punctuality, able to commit to an early 6am start every shift Comfortable with manual, hands-on physical work A good team player who also works well unsupervised A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Right to work in the UK Whats on offer: £13.45 per hour 6am to 2pm shift pattern, giving you your afternoons free Full on-site training provided Ongoing temporary work with the possibility of extension for the right person A supportive team environment on a well-run site How to apply: If this sounds like you, apply today or send your CV to be considered quickly.
