An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday HCM Lead to join our growing Workday practice and play a key role in delivering transformational HR technology solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. As our Workday practice continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Workday professional who can lead complex HCM implementations, advise clients on best practices, and help organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and implementation across modules
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Present solution models, architecture, and recommendations to clients and leadership teams
- Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and client demos
- Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment with business objectives
- Able to lead, present, deliver impact analysis, and provide recommendations during Workday release cycles
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Skills:
- Strong experience in Workday HCM (Core HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Performance, HCM Reporting, Security, EIBs, etc.)
- Proven consulting background with client-facing experience
- Experience in solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and presales support
