Role Overview

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing technology company within our busy Client Delivery team. The role is a hybrid, Central London-based position, requiring at least 50% in-office presence. We are seeking a mid-level Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Consultant for a client-facing role in software implementations. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects within set budgets, timelines, and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Follow the CoreStream GRC Delivery Process to ensure technical solutions meet clients’ needs
• Engage with clients directly via Teams meetings, calls, and email
• Develop and maintain project plans, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage deliverables across Development, Configuration, and Quality Assurance teams
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm (Big 4 experience is a plus)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines effectively
• Process-oriented, organized, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Client-focused, with a pragmatic approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is preferred but not essential
• Experience with software implementation projects is preferred but not essential
