Role Overview
This position is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing technology company within our busy Client Delivery team. The role is a hybrid, Central London-based position, requiring at least 50% in-office presence. We are seeking an entry level configuration analyst for a client-facing role in software implementations. You’ll lead configuration of customised solutions for clients.
We’re looking for candidates who have strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and a willingness to learn. If you have these qualities, we encourage you to apply. While technical qualifications are preferred, they are not essential as full training is provided. You won’t need to know any programming languages since our platform uses an in-house user interface for configuration.
This entry-level position marks the start of a clear career progression route, allowing you to advance quickly based on performance. Career paths can focus on either business or technology - leading to roles such as Senior Configurator, Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, or Developer.
At CoreStream, you’ll be guided by experienced ex-Big 4 consultants who will mentor you as you develop within the company. Serving a wide range of blue-chip clients across diverse industries, you’ll quickly gain valuable experience that’s rare in most graduate positions.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting and understanding client requirements
- Owning the configuration and promotion stages of project delivery.
- Implementation of solutions to business challenges; via our in-house configuration user interface.
- Providing technical insight to the design of our offerings, to ensure usability and that they can be supported effectively going forwards.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and partners to deliver high quality configuration based solutions.
- Working both as part of a team, and independently.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree 2:1 or above – technical degree desirable but not essential.
- First class written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients and partners.
- Ability to work as part of a wider project team but also take ownership of individual tasks, seeking advice and guidance where necessary.
- Capacity to learn quickly by liaising with colleagues and formal documentation;
- Relentless focus on quality of output and desire to take pride in work.
- Excellent time management, flexibility and punctuality.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and delivery focused.
