Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Coordinate daily receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure on‑time delivery and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct training, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by improving warehouse layout, reducing costs, and implementing best practices.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
Requirements
