We are looking for a hands-on Process Technician (Wet / Dry) to support semiconductor R&D and advanced packaging activities. This role involves process execution, parameter control, and basic troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute wet / dry processes (e.g. cleaning, etching, deposition or similar)
- Prepare and manage materials, chemicals, and process inputs
- Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, timing, flow, etc.)
- Perform basic troubleshooting of process and equipment issues
- Support process characterisation, defect inspection, and improvement activities
- Maintain proper documentation including process logs and reports
- Ensure compliance with EHS, chemical handling, and cleanroom protocols
Requirements
- NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / related)
- 1–3 years of experience in process, production, or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to chemical handling or process flow is advantageous
- Basic troubleshooting and technical understanding
- Comfortable working in cleanroom environment with PPE
