Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Coordinate daily receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure on‑time delivery and accuracy
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accurate inventory records
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct training, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free environment
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by improving warehouse layout, reducing costs, and implementing best practices
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained
Requirements
- GCE A Levels / Diploma
- Knowledge of SAP / EWM / Autostore system will be an added advantage
