Responsibilities
- Support project planning, monitoring, and execution in accordance with contract requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities to drive project progress and resolve site issues.
- Track subcontractor work progress, prepare weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings.
- Review construction drawings, technical details, defects, and variations; assist in processing payments to subcontractors.
- Monitor performance against deliverables, milestones, and project goals to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site productivity and workflow.
- Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and updates for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in building construction projects, preferably with a main contractor.
- Experience supporting project delivery within schedule and budget with key stakeholders.
- Strong people management and coordination skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of construction processes, program scheduling, and project documentation best practices.
