Job Title: PA to the Head Teacher
Location: Plumstead, South East London
Salary: Scale 4 £25,581 per annum
Job Type: 35 hours per week (39 weeks per year), Permanent

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator with school experience to provide high-quality support to the Head Teacher as PA. You will provide a full secretarial service, managing the Head’s complex diary. You will need to be able to deal with students, parents, staff, and visitors both sensitively and courteously with a consistent regard for the school’s values and its standing within the community. You will also assist with the planning and administration of whole school events and be able to create, update and maintain current policy documentation and publish compliance documents on the internal school network.
About You
- You should have high-quality word processing, typing, and presentation skills to write and produce minutes, statements, correspondence, and documents.
- You will also need experience of and proficiency in the use of computerized Management Information systems.
- You should have English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above and a Level 3 or degree-level qualification would be an advantage.
