As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio-level goals. This SC role is an entry-level position which will allow you to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.
- Support our teachers' learning experience of working the POS and other pre/post class duties.
- Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) including cleaning the studio, stocking amenities, and ensuring the CPY cleanliness protocol is always followed while on duty in the studio.
- When scheduled at the studio, support coordination of the Studio Experience Team (SET) including shift scheduling, stepping in for no call/no shows, and training.
- Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations.
Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required. Experience in Customer Service is required. Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority. Proven self-starter with the ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Excellent Time Management skills. Ability to take initiative and prioritise.
