We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Document Controller for a national construction building contractor for north east projects. The role will involve site visits therefore being able to drive with your own transport is essential (car allowance provided). The Role Document Controller required for multiple projects.The duties are to support the design management team with the set-up of new projects, maintaining control of documents and drawings coming in to the company, both electronically and via traditional paper methods. Dispensing drawing/design information to various internal parties, quality assurance/audit of forms and drawings, filing and uploading documentation to the right place, according to ISO 19650 standards. Working on a CDE system (Asite), ensuring that documents can be correctly identified. Experience Quality or construction support experience would be advantageous but is not essentialExperience of using a CDE (documentation control system) such as 4Projects, Asite, Viewpoint.
