We are currently recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team across multiple locations. You will support individuals with a range of needs including elderly care, physical disabilities, and mental health support.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with medication (where trained)
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Helping with daily routines and companionship
- Supporting individuals in the community (appointments, shopping, activities)
- Maintaining accurate care records
