We’re partnering with a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) that’s looking for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager to lead one of their growing sites in Middlesborough and the surrounding area. With exciting plans for expansion, this role offers the chance to make a real impact on day-to-day performance while helping shape the future of the business.

As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of store operations, leading from the front to deliver great service, strong standards, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Motivate, train, and develop the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards across food quality, hygiene, and Health & Safety.
  • Manage rotas, stock control, and ordering to optimise costs and performance.
  • Ensure company procedures, audits, and paperwork are completed accurately.
  • Drive operational improvements and consistently high standards.
  • Create a positive, team-focused culture and develop future supervisors and managers.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar in QSR or hospitality.
  • A confident leader who enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and people-management skills.
  • Passionate about customer service, team development, and results.
  • Flexible, driven, and ready to grow with the business.
