  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and market activity
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including franchise development and leadership, to support deal progression and onboarding

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and partnership performance to inform future growth strategy
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, brand licensing, franchising, or enterprise level partnerships
  • Background in food, QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to discuss business models, ROI, and scalable growth opportunities

  • Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable building a role and pipeline from scratch
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-growth environment
  • Existing industry network or enterprise contacts considered a strong advantage, but not essential

Salary up to £50,000 – £55,000 base + generous commission structure - OTE 80-90k in year 1. Opportunity to join a well funded, expanding business at a pivotal stage of growth. Clear long term progression opportunities as new revenue streams and partnerships scale over the next 3–5 years.
