The Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead a small, dynamic team in a high-energy bakery setting. You'll be the driving force behind great customer service, operational excellence, and a positive store culture.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to consistently hit targets
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high standards
  • Deliver exceptional service and hospitality
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
  • Coach and develop team members for future growth

  • A positive, hands-on leader with high energy
  • Previous management experience in QSR, coffee shops, bakeries, or fast-paced hospitality
  • Strong people skills, with a focus on developing others
  • Confidence in managing service, stock, rotas, and store KPIs

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 5 days/week
  • Shifts between 7am–5pm only – no evenings or night shifts
  • Paid for every hour worked (salaried contract)
