Build the operational engine behind one of the UK’s fastest-growing food startups. Our client is a leading brand activator operating across FMCG, QSR and Dark Kitchen Concepts. They are hiring a tech savvy, commercially sharp Senior Operations Lead to join a food business that is scaling at serious pace, launching new food brands, activating menus across major partners, and expanding into new UK and international markets.

This is a role for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys turning data into action, and wants the space to bring ideas, challenge processes and shape how a business grows.   • Leading Central Operations across a hybrid on-site and offshore team
