Salary: Up to ÂŁ70,000 plus car allowance and performance bonus
We are supporting a leading QSR in their search for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of franchised restaurants across the North West and Scotland.
This is a pivotal role within the UK operations team, providing strategic and operational support to a network of franchise partners. You will work closely with individual franchisees to ensure brand standards are upheld, commercial targets are met, and growth plans are supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of franchised restaurants
- Support franchise partners in delivering outstanding food, service and brand execution
- Drive regional performance through coaching, development and structured planning
- Monitor key KPIs including sales, labour, compliance and guest metrics
- Lead new opening support, operational reviews and strategic projects across the territory
- Act as the key link between the franchisor and the franchise network in your region
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in senior field-based operational roles within QSR or Restaurants.
- Strong understanding of franchise dynamics and stakeholder management
- Data-driven with a commercial mindset and operational discipline
- Excellent communicator with a coaching and collaborative leadership style
- Able to travel extensively across the North West and Scotland
