CORELevate are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a fast-growing, multi‑brand hospitality group operating across Casual Dining and QSR concepts. This is a hands‑on, floor‑focused role within a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment. The business is actively expanding across multiple brands and locations, with further concepts planned. This role will support several sites and brands, not a single location. The successful candidate will report directly into senior leadership and will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, consistency, and performance across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple brands and sites
- Support and develop Store Managers and leadership teams
- Implement and maintain operational systems, audits, and brand standards
- Play a key role in new store openings and launch readiness
- Drive performance through strong people leadership and engagement
- Own and manage P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls
- Ensure consistency across multi‑brand and (where applicable) franchise operations
- Act as a visible, hands‑on leader on the floor
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi‑site Operations Manager role
- Strong background in new store openings
- Experience across Casual Dining and/or QSR
- Confident people manager with the ability to lead at pace
- Strong commercial understanding including P&Ls, budgeting, and cost control
- Exposure to franchise and multi‑brand environments highly beneficial
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scaling business
