About the Company
They are a leading operator in the Grab & Go space with ambitious growth plans. People, performance, and culture are at the heart of everything they do. The People Partner will work closely with operations to ensure the right people are in the right roles, succession plans are effective, and business decisions are informed by strong HR insight.
The Role
This is a field-based role, with time spent in shops and offices. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with store managers and their teams.
- Collaborating with operations to identify gaps, solve problems, and strengthen teams.
- Influencing decisions, supporting succession planning, and adding a strategic HR perspective.
- Coaching, guiding, and challenging leadership where needed.
- Driving meaningful change beyond standard HR administration.
