We are recruiting a Multi Site Manager for a high quality grab and go food concept with over 8 locations across London and a growing presence in Central London. The business is well established, food led and quality driven, with a strong reputation in its market. They are now looking to strengthen their leadership team and are moving very quickly with this hire.
This role is ideal for someone already operating at multi site level, or a high volume General Manager who is ready to step into a broader and more dynamic position. You will not be based in one site. Your role will be to lead, support and develop teams across multiple locations, ensuring they can perform consistently and confidently even when you are not present.
The role:
- Oversee multiple sites across Central London
- Develop strong, self sufficient managers and teams
- Drive high operational standards and commercial performance
- Coach and support leaders to deliver results independently
- Be hands on when needed while maintaining a strategic overview
About you:
- Background in grab and go or food led hospitality operations is essential
- Experience in a multi site role, or currently managing a high volume operation
