We are working with a fast growing, franchise led QSR brand that’s scaling nationally and gearing up for a huge step change in how they use data. And now… they are looking for a Marketing Analyst who can bring the numbers to life and help the team unlock smarter, sharper decisions.

If you are the kind of person who sees a spreadsheet and immediately thinks “What story is this trying to tell?” keep reading.

Why This Role Is So Exciting

  • This isn’t a “just run the numbers” type of role.
  • You will be right at the centre of a major data transformation, new app, new loyalty scheme, new kiosks, new data lake… all launching soon.
  • That means new insight, new customer behaviour to decode, new opportunities to find.
  • It’s hands on, fast paced, and genuinely impactful.
  • A competitive salary of up to ÂŁ40,000 + performance bonus.
  • Fridays from home, giving you the perfect balance of focus and flexibility.
  • A huge career opportunity to grow as the brand scales at speed.
  • 33 days of holidays
  • Private medical

What You Will Be Doing

  • Turning raw data into clear, compelling stories the team can take action on.
  • Running campaign reporting (NPD launches, discounts, channels, local vs national activity).
  • Segmenting customers and helping the brand understand who buys what, when, and why.
  • Presenting insights to franchise partners, marketing, finance, and leadership.
  • Spotting trends and opportunities across products, restaurants, and channels.
  • Bringing proactive ideas to the table, not just answering briefs.

This is a highly collaborative role where your work will directly influence commercial decisions.

What You Bring

  • Strong numerical & analytical skills (Excel, BI tools like Power BI).
  • Ability to turn data into a story, not just charts.
  • Confidence working across all levels of the business.
  • High energy, curiosity, and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or fast moving consumer environments is a bonus.
  • 1–3 years in a similar insight, analytics, or marketing analysis role.

If you have ever looked at a dataset and thought “Oooh, this is interesting…” you will fit right in.

You will join a small, friendly, non corporate team with tons of interaction, collaboration, and room to make your mark. 4 days in the office with Fridays from home.
